General guideline – Reheat pastries in an oven or an air-fryer at 160°C for 10-12 mins. *Do note that some pastries do require additional care while reheating.

Our delivery time period is between 11 am – 5 pm. We are not able to do fixed-time delivery. Please do have someone designated to receive the deliciousness delivered to your doorstep.
The delivery charge is a SGD $15 flat rate per trip to all local addresses.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to some restricted addresses, neighbouring islands or overseas. Do check in with us, if you are unsure if we may deliver to your address.
Cash upon delivery is strictly not accepted. All payments have to be collected before delivery is sent out.
In event of a failed delivery, ie. no one was around to receive the order, or the wrong address was provided, our delivery uncle will deliver the order to our ION outlet and we will contact you to pick up your bakes at the outlet after 6pm.
We reserve the right to dispose of uncollected orders at the end of the day without offering a refund. A replacement box will also not be offered.
While we take the extra care in packing our pastries, we will not be liable for any missing items, damages or replacements should the recipient or sender allow/instruct our delivery uncle to leave the bakes outside the door.
We seek your kind understanding that the delivery time may be affected by various factors such as weather, traffic, and parking conditions.
We are NOT Halal-Certified. However, we do not use any pork or lard-based products in our kitchen.
Do take note that some pastries do contain alcohol like our Canelé, Korean White Peach, Rum & Raisin Choux Bun, Lamb & Red Wine Pie, just to name a few.
We do serve alcohol in our Cafe premises and our meats are not always sourced from Halal-suppliers as well.
Unfortunately, all online orders are on a pre-order basis and the self-collection option will not be possible for all orders due to space constraints at our outlet.
Rest assured that we are working on this.
Do check in periodically, self-collections will be made available some time in the near future.
Our online boxes are curated and seasonal and optimised for deliveries as well. Some pastries are ION-store exclusive and will not be available through our online channels. Do head over to our ION store to purchase your favourites on a ala-carte basis.
We do not have any gluten-free pastries. All our pastries and cakes generally contain eggs, flour, dairy, nuts and fish gelatin.
Our Kouign Amann is eggless and vegetarian while the rest of our bakes contains eggs and/or egg wash.
If eggs are acceptable for Vegetarians – all our Sweet Pastries, Fermented Mushroom Quiche and the Chocolate Eclair are safe for consumption. Do take note that all the rest of our Cakes & Tarts contain fish gelatin
Yes, we can produce larger versions of our Pistachio Textures, Mont Blanc and tarts. Lead time of 7 working days is required all custom cake size orders. Do drop us an email at hello@lematinpatisserie.com and we’ll get back to you shortly.

We’ll be able to arrange for a special delivery rate for your bulk purchase.
All our Large Cake Orders will be packed with 1 Complementary Candle and 1 Cake Knife by default. Additional candles and cake knives can be requested and will be charged at SGD $1 each.
Add-on a Personalised Message Card with your order, priced at SGD $2 each. (yes, this includes the envelope as well)
Due to our card size, each message card is limited to a maximum of 100 characters (including greetings and sign off)
The messages will be handwritten and inserted accordingly with the order.
Do make sure to add in your details so your recipient knows.
Once orders are confirmed, they cannot be cancelled. However, Delivery Date amendments are possible.
Do write in to hello@lematinpatisserie.com for delivery amendments. We do require a notice of 48 hours in advance to make the necessary changes.
