SUN(RISE) is our special breakfast initative & collaboration with AIRCCCC.
Indulge in our Le Matin favourites alongside artisanal coffee and tea, all set against the stunning backdrop of AIR's front lawn and garden.

What are your operating hours?

  • SUN(RISE)
    Open for walk-ins, dine-ins, and takeaways on Fridays to Sundays, starting from 8 AM until sold out.
  • AIRCCCC
    Wednesday to Friday:
    11:15 AM - 3 PM (last order at 1:30 PM)
    5:30 PM - 11 PM (last order at 9:30 PM)

    Saturday to Sunday:
    11:15 AM - 3 PM (last order at 1:30 PM)
    5 PM - 11 PM (last order at 9:30 PM)

Do your bakes accommodate dietary restrictions?

Our bakes contain gluten, milk and nuts.

We are currently unable to accommodate special requests or alterations.

If you have specific concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch with us before ordering.

Can I walk in?

Yes! SUN(RISE) welcomes walk-ins, dine-ins, and takeaways. However, items are subject to availability and may sell out quickly.

We do not take any reservations.

Do you offer delivery services?

We currently do not deliver and are unable to accept delivery requests. All pre-orders placed through our online store are for self-pickup only.

Please head down to SUN(RISE) - AIR CCCC (25a Dempsey Road) to pick up your orders.

ORDERS, PAYMENTS & COLLECTIONS

How can I collect my orders?

  • Pre-order pickups are strictly for takeaways only and must be collected between 8 AM and 12 PM on Fridays - Sundays.
  • Head over to the SUN(RISE) ordering counter for pickups.
  • Show us your 4-digit Order Number, Name & Contact Number. The 4-digit Order Number can be found in your emails under titled Order Confirmation.
  • Please do check your orders before leaving the premises.

How do I place an order on your website?

We currently only accept pre-orders for our SUN(RISE) bakes for self-pickup.

Simply visit this site to view all the available products for pre-orders, place the item/s in the cart, select your preferred pickup date and complete the payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer the following payment methods for your convenience when shopping with us online:

To ensure the security of your transaction, the name and address provided during the checkout process must match the information associated with the credit card used for payment. It is important for us to verify this information. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

Can I make payments in-store instead?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept in-store payment for orders placed online as payment confirmation is required for all online pre-orders.

Placing an online pre-order is equivalent to securing a reservation, which we do not otherwise offer. This ensures your order is confirmed and prepared just for you.

What happens if I missed out on collecting my order?

Uncollected orders will either be donated or disposed of, due to their perishable nature.

Please ensure you arrive within the designated collection hours (8 AM - 12 PM) to avoid missing your order.

Kindly note that we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

What if I need to change my pick-up date?

To accommodate changes and manage production schedules, we require at least 3 working days' notice before your original pickup date. If you need to reschedule your pickup to a later date, please email us promptly at hello@lematinpatisserie.com

What if I'm unable to head down to pick up my order, can I send someone else to pick up on my behalf?

Yes, you can.
Kindly forward your email confirmation to the person picking up for you so they have your name and the order number and can show the cashier the email.
